New SCOTUS Rules

The Clerk of the U.S. Supreme Court has issued a memo spelling out some details regarding compliance with the new rules going into effect in October. Attached to the memo are guidelines for electronic submission of briefs. At the very end of the document is this very welcome news: "Briefs submitted electronically should be available on the CourtÂ’'s web site the next business day."
