JLWOP Cases Relisted Yet Again

Well, this is sounding like a broken record.*  The juvenile LWOP for murder cases, Jackson v. Hobbs and Miller v. Alabama, have been relisted yet again, for the conference of this Friday, November 4.
* We need a new expression for this, now that there is an entire generation that never listened to vinyl records and does not know that they endlessly and annoyingly repeated themselves when scratched.  Any suggestions?
