The Supreme Court sallies forth once more into the selection of juries in capital cases. In Brown v. Lambert, the Ninth Circuit granted habeas relief for the trial court's removal of a juror. The Court also took three civil cases on today's orders list. We can expect Tuesday's list to be all denials.
