A judge of the Superior Court for Marin County, home of The Big Q, decided that California's new injection protocol wasn't adopted in accordance with the state's Administrative Procedures Act. I expect the order would be reversed on appeal if the state appeals, although it might be faster to just go ahead and jump through the admin. hoops.
