Judge Kaplan at USDC-SDNY has issued an opinion in the case of accused terrorist Ahmed Khalfan Ghailani. Unfortunately, the only thing public at this point is the cover sheet. We don't know if the opinion is on the speedy trial motion that CJLF briefed or something else. A "redacted" version for the masses generally follows later. Stay tuned.
