Today, I participated in a panel discussion on Reexamining the Death Penalty at the National Conference of State Legislatures Legislative Summit in Louisville, Kentucky. The panel was 2-1, as is occurring with regularity. I think I held up my end nonetheless, but you will be able to judge for yourself. On the previous event in London, I'm told the video is finally in "the post."  Hopefully, we will be able to make it accessible to the general public this week.
