No Contempt Prosecution

Although Eric Holder, head of the US Department of Justice, has been cited for contempt of Congress, he will not be prosecuted by the US Department of Justice, reports Mike Scarcella at BLT.

We were on the edge of our seats in suspense over that one.

Eric "Marc Rich" Holder is a disgrace. Obama should be ashamed for having appointed him.

While he has escaped prosecution for contempt of Congress, the fact remains that he is the most contemptible AG in recent memory.

In order for that to happen, Obama would have to be capable of shame.
