In January, the Ninth Circuit's en banc decision overturning the murder conviction of Joshua Richter was unanimously reversed by the Supreme Court.  Today, USCA9 tied up the loose threads, rejecting without dissent the claims Richter made that were not resolved by the Supreme Court.

The opinion is designated per curiam -- by the court as a whole without a designated author -- but the liberal use of contractions marks it as a Kozinski product.
